From an early start at the world-renowned Astrid & Gaston to leading kitchens in multiple La Mar locations, Diegoā€™s journey reflects a deep commitment to authenticity and an embrace of the multidisciplinary nature of the world of food and provides the key ingredients for a great episode of the show.
