Alejandro Díaz is a renowned entrepreneur and restaurant founder. After a career in consulting, Alejandro has been at the forefront of culinary innovation starting multiple successful businesses in Venezuela. Now, living in Miami, he has been part of the group in charge of the management of two restaurants taking the city’s culinary scene by storm: Arepera La Latina and the acclaimed pizzeria Miami Slice. 

In our conversation we talked about the importance of resilience, the process of developing a brand or revitalizing an existing one, Alejandro’s childhood and the importance food played, and all the different attempts to craft the perfect pizza for Miami Slice.
